CG Robotics earns a win at Girls’ Generation

Catlin Gabel’s Robotics Team, the Flaming Chickens, was named one of the winners at Girls’ Generation in Wilsonville, where only non-male team members are allowed to drive the robot and fix it in the pit area. The Catlin Gabel team is over 40% non-male.

Congratulations to the drive team of Tiffany Toh ’21, Audrey Daniels ’20, Kristen Cohrs ’21 and Chloe Jahncke ’23, and to Avery Pritchard ’20 for leading competitive analysis.

See a video of the winning match here. Watch for red alliance team 1540 starting out in the middle on the left. Also watch for the double climb to the top red platform (worth a lot of points) with our alliance partners from Liberty High starting at 1:53.
