To help you plan your time, we’ve organized events by general interest and by school division.
12:00 - 3:15 p.m.
Check-in/Registration Open
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the presentation you'd like to attend to give yourself enough time to check-in, get your Open House information packet, and walk to the presentation tent.
12:30 - 4 p.m.
Campus Tours & General Interest Information Booths (for all grade levels)
We will be offering guided campus tours throughout the afternoon which are the primary method of viewing the inside of our school buildings. We will also offer a self-guided tour if you would prefer to stay outside. In addition families are invited to visit information booths where you can find out more about the admission and financial assistance process, inclusion, student activities, after school programs, transportation, the Palma Scholars Program, and much more.
12:30 p.m.
Beginning & Lower School Presentation & Panel (preschool-5th grade)
Join our Head of School, Beginning and Lower School (BLS) leadership team, and a panel of teachers for an overview of preschool, kindergarten, and 1st through 5th grades. There will be time for Q&A.
1:30 p.m.
Middle School Presentation & Panel (6th-8th grade)
Join our Head of School, the Middle School leadership team, and a panel of teachers for an overview of 6th through 8th grades. There will be time for Q&A.
2:30 p.m.
Upper School Presentation & Panel (9th-12th grade)
Join our Head of School, the Upper School leadership team, and a panel of teachers for an overview of 9th through 12th grades. There will be time for Q&A.
3 p.m.
Alumni Reception (for all grade levels)
Visit with our alumni families and join the enrollment team to learn about the admission process. There will be time for Q&A.
3:20 p.m.
Palma Scholars Presentation & Panel (9th grade)
Learn more about our Palma Scholars Program, a cutting edge scholarship program for a select group of incoming 9th graders who demonstrate achievement and potential in four key areas: academics, athletics, leadership, and service.. There will be time for Q&A.
