What better way to begin your day than with a restorative morning yoga session, led by Heather Shaw, among the majestic vines of Apolloni Vineyards. Following your flow, you and your fellow yogis will recharge with a catered lunch and wine tasting courtesy of Apolloni Vineyards.

Come dine and share an inspired evening in the country with some of Oregon’s finest winemakers, who also happen to be Catlin parents, at a spectacular wine country setting.  Get a glimpse into the 2016 Vintage on the eve of 2017 harvest. Please join the fun at The Catlin Gabel Vintners Dinner on Saturday, August 19th, 2017 for an end of summer feast under the stars at Hamacher Wines just outside of Beaverton. Join Eric Hamacher of Hamacher Wines, Luisa Ponzi, Maria Ponzi and Brett Fogelstrom of Ponzi Vineyards, Adam and Carrie Godlee-Campbell of Elk Cove Vineyards, Laurine and Alfredo Apolloni of Apolloni Vineyards, and Mark Wahle and Shaghayegh Aliabadi-Wahle of Wahle Vineyards to celebrate our school community with great food and local wine with fun people in a beautiful place!

Indian street food is also called Chaat and is the Indian version of Tapas. It is sold all over India by street vendors and hawkers. People love these bite-sized savory snacks. Combination of spices like roasted ground cumin, paprika, rock salt, chaat masala, sweet tamarind-date chutney and cilantro-mint chutney, makes Chaat delicious. Enjoy an evening of chaat with kebabs, tandoori chicken and some fun drinks.

Many thanks to Mukund & Sugandha Pai and Saurabh & Nandita Gupta for hosting this event!
