MeetheChef Event at Catlin Gabel

World renowned chef and innovator Albert Adrià, known as one of the founders of Modernist Cuisine, will appear in a MeetheChef event at Cabell Theater, with a portion of all ticket sales to benefit Catlin Gabel. Adrià will present a cooking demo and shares his thoughts, and be joined on stage by contemporary artist Pepe Carretero, who will paint as Albert speaks, and by jazz musicians performing live. The event begins with a walk-around tasting in the lobby presented by restaurants of Portland, and with beverage pairings.
