Catlin Gabel Mock Trial Team Heads to State Tournament

On March 3, 2018, the Catlin Gabel Silver, White, and Blue Mock Trial teams competed at the Washington County Regional Tournament at the Washington County Courthouse in Hillsboro. All three teams presented in front of a panel of real judges and attorneys. They were graded on critical thinking, public speaking, and ability to think on their feet. 

The Blue team ended in the top three teams, advancing to the State Tournament March 16-17 at the Mark O. Hatfield Federal Courthouse. The team heading to the State competition is comprised of seniors Isabelle Zheng, Isabel Larson, Kathryn Putz, David Edelman, Louis Ye, and Tyler Hillison; juniors Avi Gupta and Marisa Natarajan; and sophomores Britt Masback and Eamon Walsh.
