Trips & Activities Financial Assistance Request

Please complete the requested information below as part of the process of determining eligibility for trip and activities financial assistance. The committee will give your request careful consideration. Please note that there are limited funds available and we would like to assist as many families as possible.

Families must be current on their tuition payments and monthly charges for their student to participate in co-curricular trips and activities.

Global Education programIt is our goal to enable students to participate in one international trip during Middle School and one international trip during Upper School. Need-based financial assistance is considered for those who qualify and who have not already participated in an international trip during their division tenure. Financial assistance for global trips is only available to students returning to Catlin Gabel the following year, and may be revoked if a student chooses to leave after already being selected for a trip. The one exception to this rule is seniors applying for a spring global ed trip; in those cases, financial assistance may be available. It will not be available to seniors for summer trips following their graduation. Assistance for a second global trip experience in Upper School is by special application through the program selection committee in addition to this form.
