Gala Ticket: $200 per person
Event admission for one (1), which includes the social hour, seated dinner, program, and live auction.

Aerie Table: $2,500
Event admission for ten (10) guests at your own table, featuring premium wine service. This experience includes access to the social hour, seated dinner, program, and live auction.

Family Sponsorship: $1,000
Event admission for two (2), which includes the social hour, seated dinner, program, and live auction.

Sponsored Ticket for Faculty and Staff: $200 per person
Event admission for one (1), which includes the social hour, seated dinner, program, and live auction.

Purchase Tickets

We strongly suggest using a rideshare (Uber or Lyft) or taxi service, since there is limited parking near the Sentinel Hotel. There is a SMART PARK located on 10th and Yamhill, and it is only $5 per vehicle for the entirety of the evening.

The Gala & Auction is Catlin Gabel’s largest fundraiser of the year and also a wonderful chance to spend time together as a community in a night of celebration and fun from 5:00-9:30 p.m. at the historic Sentinel Hotel.

Yes! The Catlin Community has the opportunity to utilize a discount code for rooms that are booked the weekend of this event. The discount for this option is off of the Flexible Rate posted online at the time of booking and does not apply to already discounted rates such as prepaid, AAA, etc. Please note that this rate is not always available, as it depends on hotel occupancy.

Each guest will be assigned a seat at a table for 10 guests. If you know who you would like to be seated with, please send an email directly to Adrienne Sabin, Event Manager, at auction@catlin.edu with your list. If you know ten people you would like to sit with, consider buying a table.

Don’t know anyone and want to meet people? That’s okay. We’ll do our best to make sure you are seated with others in your student’s class or similar graduation years. Please reach out to Adrienne Sabin, Event Manager, at auction@catlin.edu with additional questions and requests regarding seating.

You will select your entree option (meat, seafood, or vegan) when you purchase your ticket online. All three entrees are gluten free, as is one of the desserts. Meal descriptions are located in the ticket portion of your online purchase.

The suggested attire is cocktail attire. What does that mean? A suit, slacks and a blazer, or a cocktail dress, pant suit, or full-length gown. Come in what is most comfortable for you!

We are offering proxy bidding to all those who are interested in bidding, but are unable to attend. Please fill out the proxy bidding form and we will have a proxy bidder assigned to you.

Want to contribute to the auction in a different way? You can underwrite an item or portion of the event by making a monetary gift and filling out the “Make a Gift” form.
