Endowment & Special Initiatives

We believe that diversity strengthens our community and encourages students to be open to new ideas and different perspectives. Financial assistance is available to offset the cost of tuition, books, laptops, school trips, bus service, and the lunchroom. Creating an endowed fund for financial assistance is one of the best ways to make a Catlin Gabel education affordable for eligible students now and into the future.

Catlin Gabel's Global and Outdoor Education Programs seek to engage and challenge our students to become active stewards and citizens of the world. Our Global Education Program provides international and cross-cultural opportunities and experiences for students, beginning in the earliest grades, to develop their cultural competency and to help them effectively address the challenges of the future. Our Outdoor Education Program offers extensive avenues for students to learn and grow outside the classroom in ways that will enhance their emotional, social, and ethical development. Establishing an endowed fund in support of either of these efforts will ensure these experiences will be available to all of our students for years to come.

Our Athletics Program is a cornerstone of our school’s mission. We value the life lessons taught by athletics participation: teamwork, overcoming adversity, selflessness, and strength of character. Our athletics program emphasizes these values with every student-athlete, in every sport, at every level. We believe by making these our priorities, success will naturally follow. Our no cut policy, coupled with our exceptional coaches and facilities, makes our athletic program one of the best in the state. Each year, the Head of School and the Senior Leadership Team set curricular and operational priorities for the school. Enacting these priorities would not be possible without donor support.
