Campus Tours

We invite families to learn more about Catlin Gabel through an on-campus or virtual tour. You are also welcome to explore campus through our interactive map or self-guided tour page.

Whether on-campus or virtual, a personalized tour with an admission director, student ambassador, or parent/guardian ambassador, includes an opportunity to have your questions answered while learning more about our programs and philosophy.

Our in-person, walking tours introduce you to the many unique features of our 67-acre campus. We encourage you to tour the campus early in your exploration process. For those who want to take a self-guided campus tour, videos and slideshows provide a virtual walk-through of our learning spaces and are accessible via QR codes. This map show where the codes are located. Families are also welcome to explore campus on a weekend.

A Catlin Gabel admission account is required for all applicants. If you already have an account, you can register for a tour in the admission portal. To create an admission portal account, please complete our inquiry form.

Beginning & Lower School

Tours are required for families applying to preschool and kindergarten and include a conversation with the admission director. Tours are not required for lower school applicant families but are highly recommended. Please consider a tour early in the exploration process, as spaces are limited. Tours of the campus are led by the enrollment team or parent/guardian ambassadors. Virtual tours will also be offered throughout the fall.

Middle & Upper School

Tours are highly recommended but not required; families are encouraged to consider a tour early in the exploration process. All Upper School tours are private and led by Upper School Student Ambassadors, followed by a conversation with the Director of Middle & Upper School Enrollment. Middle School tours are also private and are led by the Director of Middle & Upper School Enrollment. If your family would prefer a virtual tour over Zoom, please email
