Admission Testing

We are not requiring a standardized admission test as part of our application process.

We are in our fifth year of a pilot to better understand the value of standardized tests and their predictability for success. Given trends in higher education to eliminate required testing due to predictability and equity issues, the timing is right for Catlin Gabel to consider these questions for its own process.

During this pilot period, we feel confident our comprehensive admission process will provide sufficient insight to select students who will thrive at Catlin Gabel.
