Catlin Gabel enrolls new students at every grade level each year. December 19, 2025: Last day to receive 50% off of the $75 application fee (Early Eagle Discount). Waived for re-applicants
January 15, 2026: Palma Scholars Program application and financial assistance deadline
January 15, 2026: Beginning & Lower School (preschool - grade 5) priority application deadline
February 4, 2026: Middle School (grades 6-8) and Upper School (grades 9-12) priority application deadline
February 4, 2026: Financial assistance application deadline all grades
March 6, 2026: Admission and financial assistance decisions delivered
March 18, 2026: Signed enrollment agreements and deposits deadline
