Application Update

The priority application deadline for preschool-12th grade has passed. We are now accepting applications to the waitpool.

For Preschool-5th Grade: Please contact Director of Beginning & Lower School Enrollment, Zoë Edelen Hare to submit a waitpool application until April 6, 2023. Waitpool applicants may also apply for financial assistance by April 6, and decisions will be based on available funding.

For 6th-12 Grade: Please contact Director of Middle & Upper School Enrollment, Mary Braun to submit a waitpool application. Waitpool applicants may also apply for financial assistance, and decisions will be based on available funding.

Key dates for 2023-24 applicants  
December 15, 2022: Last day to receive 50% off of the $75 application fee (Early Eagle Discount). Waived for re-applicants.  
January 17, 2023: Palma Scholars Program application and financial assistance deadline.  
January 19, 2023: Beginning & Lower School (Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st-5th grade) priority application and financial assistance deadline.  
February 8, 2023: Middle School (6-8th grade) and Upper School (9-12th grade) application and financial assistance deadline.  
March 10, 2023: Admission decisions delivered.  
March 10, 2023: Financial assistance decisions delivered (admitted students).  
March 22, 2023: Signed enrollment agreements and deposits deadline.  
April 6, 2023: Deadline for applications to the waitpool for Beginning & Lower School (Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st-5th grade)
