| January 15, 2026: Beginning & Lower School (preschool - grade 5) priority application deadline |
| January 16, 2026: Palma Scholars Program financial assistance application deadline |
| February 4, 2026: Middle School (grades 6-8) and Upper School (grades 9-12) priority application deadline |
| February 5, 2026: Financial assistance application deadline all grades |
| March 6, 2026: Admission and financial assistance decisions delivered |
| March 18, 2026: Signed enrollment agreements and deposits deadline |
