Application Update
The application deadline for Financial Assistance has now passed. We are no longer accepting applications for the 2022-23 school year.
Key Dates & Deadlines
- September 1, 2021: School and Student Services (SSS) opens applications for the 2022-23 school year
- December 3, 2021: For all returning Catlin Gabel families
- Parent Financial Statement (PFS)
- 2020 tax documents
- 2020 W2s (if applicable)
- January 19, 2022: For all prospective applicant families
- Parent Financial Statement (PFS)
- 2019 and 2020 tax documents
- 2019 and 2020 W2s (if applicable)
- Personal statement (as part of the PFS under ‘Other Considerations’)
- February 18, 2022:
- Palma Scholars Program decisions delivered
- Palma Scholars Program financial assistance decisions delivered
- March 4, 2022:
- Admission decisions delivered
- Financial assistance decisions delivered (for admitted students only)
- March 16, 2022: Enrollment agreement deadline with 10% net tuition deposit
Financial Assistance Application Steps
The following process ensures the the financial assistance committee is able to track, review, and allocate need-based assistance equitably and efficiently. The committee will consider only those applications that are completed by the stated deadlines. We urge you to fully disclose your financial situation to avoid delay in reviewing and processing your application. Families with complicated or unusual financial circumstances may be asked to provide supplemental information or to meet with the financial assistance office by phone or Zoom.
- Step 1: Complete the School and Student Services (SSS) Parent Financial Statement (PFS) online
- Step 2: Submit a personal statement and/or explain changes
- Step 3: [First time applicants] Upload 2019 federal taxes and W2 statements
