Strategic Priorities 2025-2027

Our Strategic Priorities 2025-27 are the result of six months of data gathering, analysis, and reflection across all constituents, and provide the vision and direction to ensure that our students and school continue to thrive.

Defining Strategic Priorities on a recurring basis is essential to achieving our mission. Steered by a core team and a cross-constituent advisory council, these priorities synthesize and reflect what our school community believes is most important to achieve over the next two years as we navigate the Head of School transition, open our community center, and prepare for the next phase of innovation and progress at Catlin Gabel.

Input gathered in recent months reflected tremendous pride in Catlin Gabel, belief in progressive education, endorsement of school mission and values, and a deep commitment to diversity and belonging in our community. The prevailing sentiment was that we continue to provide students with an outstanding education, support their engagement and well-being, and ensure the school’s campus and finances are healthy and sustainable.
