Here's how to add a new printer if you are on a PC:

Click on the Windows Start Ball in the lower left-hand corner of your screen and type in

\\cgsprint01

then press the Enter key on your keyboard

you will then see a window with a list of all the Catlin Gabel printers.

Select the printer you would like to install and RIGHT-click and select Connect

You'll see a window showing that your computer is attempting to make a connection with the printer you've selected.

You will then be asked if you trust the printer, click the Install driver button.

The printer driver will finish installing and then you can close the windows that is listing all the printers.
