Alumni Art Walk

Sprinavasa Brown 5/29/2014

Set up 2 hours early

Party Pro?s will set up piping and curtains

Tables will be used for art display, remove all chairs.

The elevator will need to be unlocked for the event to permit better access. Can Facilities loan you a key in advance so the elevator will be locked up to secure the building at the end of the event?

Debbie and Meg will provide you with a finish up time on Sunday when they?ll be through with the space. Facilities will need to know this time, and a few people from Facilities will need to check the table/furniture layout to ensure that things are back in place for the library to open on Monday morning. It shouldn?t be a big move, but some moving will be required.

The event won?t require moving bookshelves to be relocated.

Make sure Cabell Center is unlocked
