Many reusable items for parent meetings can be ordered in advance from the Barn. This includes: tablecloths, plates, utensils, and cloth napkins. To place an order, email Hen Truong and reference account #01-223002
There is a locked cabinet in the Barn with various supplies PFA Council members to use for parent meetings. The division coordinators, vice president, advisor to the douncil, and president have keys to the cabinet. Chris Balag in the business office also has a key to this cabinet

Grade Level Parent Gathering Allotment
The PFA has approved a budget of $250 per grade for expenses related to grade-level parent gatherings held in private homes for the purpose of building community. These funds may be used by parents who hold class gatherings (without students) in their homes to defray the costs of non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks. Receipts should be submitted to Joe Walsh in the business office using the blue form (available from him or the PFA treasurer) and must be approved by the PFA treasurer. Budget will be allocated on a first come, first served basis or upon coordination by the class PFA representatives.
Ordering Beverages from the Barn for a PFA or Parent-Sponsored Event (if no kids present)
For events held on campus, please order beverages from the Barn. Your order will be delivered before the event, set up attractively on a tablecloth with cups, napkins, dairy, sugar, and stirrers, and cleaned up after your event is over.
Convenient, Consistent, Delicious, Reasonable
Email your beverage order to food services director Hen Truong after gaining approval form PFA treasurer Liz McClanan and at least 48 hours before the event. Items ordered from the Barn without prior approval will be billed to student accounts. Please include this information when emailing Liz and Hen.

Orders will come with table cloth, napkins, cups, and condiments. Please indicate if you would like additional tables covered in cloth.
*Orders must be submitted to Hen Truong at least 48 hours prior to the event and earlier if possible.
**All PFA purchases must be submitted for authorization to the PFA treasurer or president. Copying the treasurer on your beverage request is your submission for authorization.
Food orders must be approved before ordering from Hen.
Beverages for Back-to-School Night, Back-to-School Coffees, parent-teacher conference lunches, and lunch with Lark are charged to PFA account #223002 after approval.
