Please note: The application deadline for the 2017-18 school year has passed. Applications for 2018-19 will begin in September 2017.

Application steps:

Parent Tour

We encourage you to visit campus early in your exploration process. Each family has an individual, personalized tour and students are welcome to attend. Tours are highly recommended but not required.

Available September through early February; schedule a tour through your Ravenna admission account.

Student Visit

Students do not need to have a submitted application in order to visit.

Visits for all students include attending classes with your host.

Applicants to grade 6 will participate in group assessment activities, and applicants to grades 7 and 8 will have an informal one-on-one interview with a faculty member.

Available October through February; schedule a visit through your Ravenna admission account.

Admission Testing

Students applying for grades 6–12 are required to take an admission test during the current school year. Please visit our Admission Testing page for the SSAT testing schedule, deadlines, accepted tests, and more information.

Application Forms

The online application includes a series of questions for the student as well as the parents. This is your best opportunity to share information about your family. All applications will be read by the admission committee.

Teacher Evaluations

Send the online evaluation form to your child's current math and English teachers through your Ravenna admission account. Please do not send these requests until after November 1, 2016; this will allow the teachers time to get to know your child. It's a good idea to have the teacher's full name and email available when you are ready to send each evaluation.

School Transcripts

Print, sign, and submit a transcript request to your child's current school. You will find this form in your Ravenna admission account.
