May 7: Spring Festival at Catlin Gabel

Spring Festival is our annual community event that includes student performances (see schedule below), free arts and craft booths, a dunk tank, food, music, CG Flea, a Farmer’s Market, and more.

  

Spring Festival Performance Schedule – Beginning School

The Beginning School will kick off the Spring Festival with a Parade that will start at Noon. Following the parade, the Maypole dance will start at 12:15 and will be performed by the 1st graders.

1st graders:  Maypole dance at 12:15.

Beginning School:  Performance at 12:30 in the Barn

2nd graders:  Performance at 12:45 in the Barn

3rd graders:  Performance at 1:50 in the Barn

4th graders:  Performance at 2:30 in the Barn

5th graders:  Performance at 3:15 in the Barn 

 

Spring Festival Performance Schedule – Lower School

Garden and Beekeepers Club Annual Fundraiser

The Catlin Gabel Garden and Beekeepers Club is having their annual fundraiser at this year’s Spring Festival. They will be selling the following varieties of organic heirloom tomatoes, organic cherry tomatoes, and flowers in one-gallon pots for $5.00 each.

Sungold, Green Zebra, Aunt Gertie’s Gold, Brandywine, Yellow Brandywine, Orange Oxheart

Cherry Tomatoes

Sweet Orange II Cherry, Black Cherry, Indigo Cherry, Yellow Pear, Cherry Buzz, Gold Nugget

Marigolds

Bring those seedling, starts, divisions or cuttings to share with your fellow community members at this year's Spring Festival! Bring some, take some, share some. Help keep this nearly 50-year tradition alive and well by bringing a bit of our garden to share and take a bit of someone’s home.
