Boating on one of Oregon's Wild and Scenic Rivers

Come join the Catlin Outdoor Program for three days of rafting on the scenic Wallowa and Grand Ronde Rivers in beautiful Eastern Oregon.  This 46 mile stretch of river has everything one would hope for in a river trip: some exciting rapids, beautiful canyons, as well as the potential for sightings of Bald Eagle, big game, and shorebirds.  The group will rent boats and start the adventure in Minam, OR. From here, we will work our way downstream, stopping to camp in the abundant and secluded campsites along the shore of the river.  We will be able to take side hikes when we are not on the water.  We will conclude our time on the river by taking out in Troy before getting back on the bus to head to Portland.

The trip is open to Upper School students and the cost is $175.
