This beautiful and simple overnight will take us on a five mile hike to a beautiful lake near the Columbia  Gorge.  The mountain wildflowers and wildlife should be spectacular this time of year.  We will camp next to the lake, and sit around the campfire watching the stars come out.  Students will prepare the dinner and breakfast over camp stoves.  Participants don't need to have any previous backpacking experience, as this trip is a great way to try out Oregon's favorite weekend pastime. 

The cost of the trip is $40.
