MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES CHAIR AND THE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Alix Meier Goodman ’71 and Emily Niedermeyer Becker

A big thank you!

This year Catlin Gabel celebrated 50 years together as one—honoring the merger of Catlin-Hillside and Gabel schools on the Honey Hollow campus. Trustees, parents (present and past), alumni, faculty, staff, grandparents, and friends contributed generously, demonstrating the depth of our community’s support for this school and its mission.

This year’s Annual Report looks different because we’ve chosen to publish our donor recognition list on our website to reduce the environmental impact of this report. Please view the complete list online at www.catlin.edu/annualreport.

Philanthropy creates a partnership between this school and our wider Catlin Gabel community to provide the best educational opportunities for students today and tomorrow. In the year ahead you will hear about a new comprehensive campaign that transforms the current arts program and significantly increases endowment, including the portion dedicated for financial aid.

We look forward to involving each of you in this important effort. The commitment our donors and volunteers make to Catlin Gabel is tremendous. Together, as one, we make the difference between providing a good education and one that is the best.

Alix Meier Goodman ’71, board of trustees chair, and Emily Niedermeyer Becker, director of development
