Small Group Instruction

Send by email

Small instructional groups are available for students to help build skills in particular academic areas, most often reading, writing or math in 1st-3rd grades. Participation in a small group is determined through classroom or learning center assessments and discussion between parents, homeroom teacher and learning specialist. Progress is monitored and the need for continued participation is reviewed on a periodic basis. If more individualized or intensive work is needed and/or preferred, students may be referred to a tutor who may work with a student during the day on campus or at an off-campus site after school.
