A vital part of a successful school year is open and consistent communication between home and school. For our part, we will try to keep you informed of class news with handouts and a periodic e-mailed newsletter. Let us know if you wish to have a paper copy sent home.

In September, you will have had the opportunity to tell us about your child and ask questions during a short “Get Acquainted” conference. Your child’s progress will be formally discussed with you twice a year and conference notes made available to you. An end of the year narrative report will document your child’s progress.

Besides the formal conference times, we are available to discuss aspects of your child’s learning throughout the year by e-mails, meetings or phone calls.
