Drama (7)
7th grade drama students integrate their drama skills by preparing and performing a full theatrical production. 
Over a period of five weeks, students study basic acting skills and techniques 
while going through the audition, rehearsal, design, and performance process.
Using a wide variety of scripts (including works from science fiction, Shakespeare, and contemporary playwrights), students design and put together the sets, costumes, lighting, and props with a sound score composed and designed by 7th grade music students.
While working on their productions, the students often work with local theatre professionals on fight choreography, movement work, and special effects.
