Course Description

Students in the 8th grade Mandarin Chinese class continue to develop their ability to communicate about themselves and their immediate environment using more elaborate sentences.  This ability in communication is evidenced in three modes—interpersonal, interpretative and presentational—with emphasis on the ability to communicate orally and in writing. Students continue to explore and study the themes of personal and family life, school life, social life, and community life.
