Riddle me this...

While exporting and uploading my Cinco de Mayo edit to the web, I came across something very interesting. If I simply export the movie as quicktime directly from final cut, it comes out to be 190 megabites, and is pretty bad quality. However, James taught me how to export it in HD (720p), which looks 100x better, and somehow is only 15 megabites... I couldnt understand how something that was of such high quality could be compressed into such a small package; James tried to explain it to me, but I had never heard of half the words he said. Oh well.

I feel so cool

. . . because I know exactly what you're talking about in each of your blogs! Thanks for letting me advise your project, since I know it's one of your main goals in life to allow your coolness to rub off on square English teachers.

I wish I could think of some more original adjectives, but after visiting you on-site, all that keeps coming to mind is "cool." That said, you've crafted for yourself a project that transcends "cool," and I have no doubt that you are on your way to a successful future in a field you love. When you're my age, you'll realize how cool that is.

Are we going to see some shots of your rides to work?

Also, you and I need to set up a time to rehearse your presentation on Wednesday. Contact me as soon as you're back in town, okay?

Thanks and congrats,
Nichole
