  1. IL3 withdrawal assays (currently Day 5, all mutations + wild types): and there are two batches (6% FBS, 10% FBS)
  2. serum dilution assays (so far data only collected for NTRK2 mutation and wild type, graphs made)-- serum dilution for NTRK1 mutations this week
  3. soon (January, hopefully): western blots for all of the mutations
