Today I worked with Daniela, Amy and Jared. I helped organize the Chinese students folders and them filed them. I also printed another certificate for another student. My second job I had to update information on potential students. A letter was sent out to advertise PCS to people that had previously expressed interest in aviation. Unfortunately some of the letters they sent were returned because of a wrong address. I looked at the letters and would write comments on the people's file about their contact information. After that I helped Jared by typing up notes that were taken from a instructor meeting about unwritten rules. Then I helped him e-mail students about an upcoming meeting. What a busy day!
