I should note my hours, which are not in the original proposal:
I will be starting off by working just dinner shifts, but I will eventually expand to working daytime prep and lunch, and alternating between the three. We have agreed that I will work around 30 hours a week, and I have said that I can work 6 days. They will alternate me through all the kitchen stations. In addition, this is the beginning of the busy summer season so there will plenty of work to be done!
